In the year of his birth, his famous smile was the result of the forceps injury. Nerves were cut by the forceps accident. It was also the cause of his slurred speech. Stallone had a difficult childhood. Both he and his younger brother Frank was afflicted by their parents' savage relationship. It eventually ended by divorce. Stallone had his early years as a foster child. Stallone was five years old when he was sent by his father in Washington, D.C., as well as opening his own beauty salon. Stallone was a resident of Maryland for several years, living with his father following his divorce in the year 1957. Stallone struggled academically and emotionally and was expelled from several schools.
